GENERAL

How long does it take for you to respond to emails?

We aim to deal with emails within 24 hours of receiving them. Any emails received on the weekend will be dealt with on the following Monday. However, during our busy period this may change slightly due to the volume of emails we receive as we read and respond to ALL emails sent to us.

Why haven't I received my order confirmation/dispatch emails?

When you place an order with us, a confirmation email is sent to you with details of your order. As soon as your order is processed and dispatched, a second confirmation email is sent to you indicating that your order has now been despatched. If you have not received these emails, it is possible they may have been caught in your spam mail folder. Please check your Spam Folder to see if these emails have gone there.  If they have not, do get in touch and we will look into this for you.  You can send us an email to info@funkylenses.com   Please be sure to include your full name and order number.

I wear glasses, can I wear these lenses?

Although you may be able to wear our lenses, you must be aware that our lenses will NOT correct your vision.  We only offer non-corrective (plano) lenses at the moment. 

When does my order get processed?

We tend to ship all orders out within 24 hours of receiving the order. However, please note no orders are shipped on a weekend.  You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been despatched.

Does Funky Lenses sell astigmatic lens?

Unfortunately our lenses are not suitable for people that have astigma.

Do you sell single lenses?

No, all our lenses are sold in pairs and the prices displayed on the website is for 1 pair of lenses.

Why can’t I log into my account.

We suggest you delete your browser cookies and cache. We find that this resolves 99% of login problems instantly.

If you're still having problems, please send us an email and we will look into this further for you.

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

No problem. As long as you have an account set up you can reset your password by clicking on the Reset Password Button.

How long will my refund take?
Refunds can take upto 5 days, depending on your bank.

If you have returned items you must allow 3 workings days for the refund to be actioned. This is because all returns must be checked by our quality control team before we issue the refund.

Is it safe to order online?
Yes! Payments are made through a secure server hosted by the payment provider you select. Your bank may follow the Confirm and Pay page with a card verification screen. We use industry standard encryption to ensure your details are kept safe.

Why is my payment failing to process?
There are many possible reasons, including insufficient funds in your bank account, using an address that the bank does not recognise, your card details are incorrect, the card has gone past its expiry date, or your card verification password is incorrect. If you're having payment problems with your card you can always pay via PayPal.

Why have I not received my order?

We’re sorry you haven’t received your order yet.  If the expected delivery has now exceeded the delivery timescales given please send us an email with your order number and we will look into this for you.  Please send your email to info@funkylenses.com

 What are your business operating hours?

Our Customer Support and Warehouse departments are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (Excluding UK Bank Holidays)

Can I change my address after I have placed my order?

Please contact us immediately if you want to change your address and we will try our best to make the changes for you. However, if your order has been despatched then unfortunately we will not be able to make the change for you.

I have never worn contact lenses before. Can I order them from you?

Yes you can, however we recommend a regular eye examination every year.  If you have never worn contact lenses before, you should book a contact lens appointment with your local optician. This will determine your suitability for wearing contact lenses. The optician will also show you how to put the lenses in and remove them and advise you on how to wear and care for your lenses. Once fitting is complete, your optician is legally obliged to give you your specification, so you can start ordering with us.

How can I re-order?

To re-order, simply log back into your account using your e-mail address and password. Your previous order will be displayed. You can choose to modify your information or proceed with the reorder. You can update your personal information at any time.

My product is faulty, what do I do?

We’re sorry to hear this! Please send us an email to info@funkylenses.com . We will deal with this in a speedily manner for you.  Please also see our Returns, Exchange & CancellationSection for more information.

Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order within 7 days from when you placed it. If we have shipped your order and you wish to cancel you must return it to us in the same condition in which it was sent to you. You must return the product within 7 days of the request. You will then be entitled to a refund. Please also see our

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately by sending an email to info@funkylenses.com if you want to cancel your order. However please note once you have had an e-mail to say your order has been shipped we will be unable to cancel your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments from all major credit and Debit cards, including Amex, Mastercard and Visa.   We also accept payment via Paypal. 

Can I make payment in cash?

No, we do not accept cash payments.

I have duplicated my order. One is paid and the other is unpaid (or the status is showing awaiting payment). How do I cancel the unpaid order.

We will NOT process any order where the payment status is unpaid order. But once you make payment and there is modification needed on your order, please email info@funkylenses.com as soon as possible.

Do you sell prescription lenses?

No, at this moment in time we do not sell corrective lenses.  However watch this space! it is something we will be introducing in the near future..

 

What are your lenses made from?

Our lenses are all made in the UK conforming to international standards. These lenses are made from Polymacon/ Polyhema and Water. The percentage of water content is usually 38% or 42%.

 

I have brought a pair of IGLOW lenses, but they do not glow. Why is that?

Designs from our IGlow Range only glow under UV (Ultra Violet) light.
