We aim to deal with emails within 24 hours of receiving them. Any emails received on the weekend will be dealt with on the following Monday (excluding UK Bank Holidays). However, during our busy period there might be a slight delay on responding to emails due to the volume of emails we receive as we read and respond to all emails.
We do not recommend that you wear any cosmetic lenses unless you have been given the all clear from your eye care doctor. Although your eyes may look like they’ve healed from an eye infection, your eyes (at the surface) may still be extremely sensitive so it is important you get the all clear from your eye care doctor.
Yes you can, however we recommend a regular eye examination every year. If you have never worn contact lenses before, you should book a contact lens appointment with your local optician. This will determine your suitability for wearing contact lenses. The optician will also show you how to put the lenses in and remove them and advise you on how to wear and care for your lenses. Once fitting is complete, your optician is legally obliged to give you your specification, so you can start ordering with us.
