USPS

  • USPS Non-Tracked $6.99. Estimated delivery 5-8 working days (No tracking is provided with this service and shipping times may be longer in some states)
  • USPS Tracked $8.99. Estimated delivery 3-5 working days  (Fully Tracked)
  • DHL Express $23.99. Estimated 1-3 working days. (Orders must be placed before 2:00pm EDT GMT-4)

 

Important Information for All Delivery Services

  • Working days are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 and DO NOT include weekends or public holidays 
  • Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed.
  • You must order BEFORE 2:00pm Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays if you need your order to ship the same working day. Should your order be received after this time or between Friday (after 2:00pm) and Sunday, your order will be dispatched the next available working day.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure an accurate and up-to-date address is supplied for shipping as we can't be held liable or offer refunds in scenarios where an inaccurate or incomplete address has been supplied.

 

All orders are shipped via third-party organisations such as USPS and DHL and the shipping times quoted are simply estimates provided to us by them, they are not guaranteed. Funky Lenses therefore can not accept returns or issue refunds for orders that arrive later than expected. Delays caused by customs clearance or strikes via any shipping method are unfortunately outside of our control.  

Refunds & Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Funky Lenses, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 30 days of receiving your order.  We will issue a refund minus any shipping charges. 

After 30 days, we are unable to accept return, exchange or refund requests.

Please email info@funkylenses.com,  we will supply you with a returns address and returns code.  Once your return has been recieved, we will process your refund, which can take upto 30 days. 

In the case of faulty or defective products, for example if a lens is ripped, we will require a photo of the defective lens for our records before a refund can be issued. Photos will be required in all instances for a full refund or exchange to be issued.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of our product pictures. However, due to the nature of colored contact lenses, there may be slight variations in color as a result of different batches of dye, different print runs or as a result of the color, shade or intensity of your natural eye color. By purchasing a pair of colored contact lenses form Funky Lenses, you are confirming your understanding and acceptance of this and we are therefore unable to accept return, exchange and refund requests that relate to color, design and coverage.

If you are unhappy with the lenses you received for any reason, as long as they are in their original new and unused condition, you may return them and receive a refund for the cost of the product, minus the shipping cost within 30 days of receiving your order.

Funkylenses.com cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, and no replacement or refund will be issued in this case.

All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact; otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department.

Important: In the case of a refund, FunkyLenses will issue a refund for the product(s) only minus any shipping charge.
