Important Information for All Delivery Services
Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed with this service.
You must order BEFORE 14:30pm Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays to receive your order the next working day. Should your order be received after this time or between Friday (after 14:30pm) and Sunday, your order will be dispatched the next available working day.
*Working days are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 and do not include weekends or public holidays *
All orders are shipped via third-party organisations such as USPS and Royal Mail and the shipping times quoted on our non-guaranteed shipping options are simply estimates provided to us by them, they aren't guaranteed. Funky Lenses therefore can't accept returns or refunds for orders that arrive later than expected if you have chosen a non-guaranteed service. Examples of non-guaranteed services include USPS First Class, Standard International and RoyalMail 24.
Important: Non UK delivery may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Funkylenses advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
Refunds & Returns
We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from Funkylenses.com. So we will gladly accept returns of our products that are unworn, in a new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging within 14 days of you receiving your items.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will supply you with a returns address and returns code. Once we have received your return we will then issue you with a refund.
In the case of faulty or defective products, for example if a lens is ripped, we will require a photo of the defective lens for our records before a refund can be issued. Photos will be required in all instances.
Funkylenses.com cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, and no replacement or refund will be issued in this case.
Please note: We cannot refund any shipping charges. You are only eligible for a full refund if the products you return are sealed and unused.
