Lenses DOs and DON’Ts

Despite the different durations, there are still some things that you need to remember for ALL lenses, including our 90-day styles. For example…

• DO soak your lenses in eye-care solution for 2 hours before your first wear, NO MATTER what the duration of your lens is.

• DO check your lens for any debris, damage, or imperfections. If your lens is damaged or dirty, you risk harming your eyes.

• DO purchase a pair of lenses with the correct measurements and prescription for your eyes. This can be checked with your optician.

• DO clean your lenses with eye-care solution, and store them in sterile cases between wears.

• DO wash your hands before you touch the contact lenses.

• DON’T wear your contact lenses for any more than 8 hours at a time, NO MATTER their duration.

• DON’T ever wear your lenses after their expiry date. This date can be found on the lens packaging. Once the lenses have passed this date, they should not be worn and need to be thrown out.
