Once you have finished with your lenses or you have worn them for 8 consecutive hours, simply remove your lenses and dispose of them.

With a pair of 30 day contacts, you can safely make the most of your lenses on multiple occasions; however, unlike the daily lenses, extended-wear contact lenses do require a certain level of maintenance to ensure they remain hygienic and safe for wear throughout their monthly duration. Multi-day contact lenses should be soaked for a minimum of 2 hours before insertion, as is with the daily lenses. Once the lenses have been removed, they should be rinsed gently with sterile lens solution and stored in fresh lens solution overnight and when not in use.
